宁波文化产业“走出去”中的跨文化人才培养

摘　　要：文章调研了"一带一路"背景下宁波文化产业"走出去"的现状,调查结果显示,宁波缺乏熟练掌握中东欧国家小语种语言以及了解这些国家文化和国情的人才。鉴于此,文章提出应加大力度培养懂外语的跨文化交际人才。结合国内跨文化人才培养中存在的问题,提出以下建议:(1)加强"英语+小语种"的双语言交流能力的培养;(2)加强对一带一路沿线国家的国情教育;(3)培养跨文化交际实践能力。uThe Belt and Road has brought e a t opportunity to Ningbo culture industry. This essay makes a research on the situation of Ningbo culture industry, and has found that there are three problems influencing its development. Firstly,there is not enough language talents who can speak these minority language. Second, there is not enough information for CEECS. Thirdly, there is no sufficient talents for culture industry. Based on this, the author argues that we should cultivate cross-cultural talents who can help us to promote the internationalization of Ningbo culture industry. Suggestions are as follows： 1. Cultivating talents who can speak both English and one kind of languages of CEECS; 2. Enhancing the education on CEECS’ national condition and their cultures; 3.Providing more chances for practicing the cross-culture ability.
