小榄农村社区40岁以上人群血脂异常现状调查及护理干预

摘　　要：[目的]探讨护理干预对小榄农村社区40岁以上人群血脂异常的干预效果,为农村社区血脂异常的综合防治提供参考依据。[方法]对小榄农村社区40岁以上常住人口进行健康体检,统计血脂异常结果,按照入选标准随机抽取1 208例血脂异常病人为研究对象,评诂其生活方式、自我保健能力和血脂水平及其分层情况,根据评估结果进行护理干预。护理干预后6个月调查病人的生活方式、自我保健能力、血脂水平及其分层情况。[结果]护理干预后病人生活方式明显改善,自我保健能力明显提高,干预前后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]护理干预可改善血脂异常病人的生活方式,增强自我保健能力,促使病人血脂达到控制标准。Objective To probe into the intervention effect for nursing intervention for dyslipidemia in villagersaged over 40 years in Xiaolan rural community,and to provide references for comprehensive prevention andtreatment of dyslipidemia in rural community in Xiaolan. Methods： A healthy examination of the resident popu-lation aged over 40 years in the rural community in xiaolan was conducted. The results of blood lipid abnormali-ty were measured. One hundred and eighty patients with dyslipidemia were randomly selected according to theselected criteria. Their lifestyle, self - care ability and blood lipid level and their stratification situation, accordingto the results of the study of nursing intervention. Six months after the intervention, the patient＇s lifestyle, self - careability, blood lipid level and stratification were investigated. Results： The levels of total cholesterol, triglycerideand low - density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased, and the level of high density lipoprotein （LDL ） was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈0. 01） ,and there was statistically significant difference betweenthe two groups（P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can improve the lifestyle of patients with dyslipi-demia, enhance self-care ability^to promote blood lipid control.
