床边引流袋悬挂器的设计与使用

摘　　要：为了满足携带引流管的患者特别是携带多根引流管的患者床边引流袋固定的需求,并且解决引流袋与引流袋延长管接口处折叠而导致的引流不畅的问题,本研究设计了一种床边引流袋悬挂器。该悬挂器包括一端经过多次弯折形成开口向下的悬吊板、固设在悬吊板上管道卡和多个挂钩。该床边引流袋悬挂器有效解决因病情需要携带引流管的患者特别是携带多根引流管的患者床边引流袋固定需求,并且可以解决引流袋与引流管延长管接口处折叠而导致的引流不畅的问题,节省护理用时间,保障护理安全。本设计制作简单,操作简便,能够有效解决临床实际问题,值得临床推广和使用。In order to meet the patients’ needs of carrying the drainage tubes convenient, a bedside drainage bag hanger was designed in this study. The hanger could solve the problem of poor drainage that caused by the fold in the junction of drainage bag and the extension pipe. The hanger was composed of a hanging plate with opening downward, a pipeline clip fxing on the hanging plate and multiple hooks. The hanging inconvenient problem of drainage bags was solved effectively when this hanger was used in sickbed. Researches showed that the drainage bag hanger could save the nursing time and ensure the nursing safety at the same time. There are many advantages of this design. The making methods of drainage bag hanger are simply. And the hangers are easy to operate in the practical application. So it is worthy of popularizing the drainage bag hunger in clinical application.
