摘 要:本文的目的是建立超声刀系统的精准维修和预防性维护方案,用以降低其故障次数、减少维修费用。本文通过调研我院超声刀系统的使用、维护情况,分析其工作原理和故障现象,找出故障原因,根据故障原因制定针对性的预防性维护计划,并建立一套完整的培训体系。通过精准维修,将手柄和刀头的维修费用分别降至其购买价的1/5和1/3。培训体系提升了超声刀系统操作者的知识储备,丰富了我院工作人员的操作经验。超声刀系统的精细化维修、预防性维护计划以及培训体系,是降低临床风险和维修成本的重要措施。In order to reduce the number of failures and maintenance costs of ultrasonic scalpel system, the precision maintenance and preventive maintenance program of ultrasonic scalpel system were established. First, the use cases and maintenance condition of ultrasonic scalpel system in our hospital were investigated in this study. Then the failure causes were found by analyzing its working principles and fault phenomena. Finally, preventive maintenance plan and complete training system of ultrasonic scalpel system were built according to the failure causes. Through the precision maintenance, the maintenance cost of handles and cutting heads decreased to 1/5 and 1/3 of purchase price, respectively. Meanwhile, the training system improved the knowledge storage of ultrasonic scalpel system operators, and their operation experience was enriched. The precision maintenance, preventative maintenance and training system of ultrasonic scalpels are important measures to decrease clinical risk and maintenance cost.
