摘  要:血透机具有水电一体的特点,因此它的故障率很高,尤其是水路部分的故障频发。但由于该设备专业性强,维修难度大,在做故障总结分析时文字描述难以直观、清晰的表现。本文通过绘制鱼骨图,对透析液电导度报警的常见原因及排除方法进行总结。利用鱼骨图法原理,从透析机原理入手,分析故障原因,然后按照几率大小绘制故障原因的鱼骨图主骨和分支,再根据不同故障和相应的维修方法绘制维修对策鱼骨图。利用鱼骨图绘制出的故障成因和排查方法清晰明了,比单纯文字描述逻辑性强,可以广泛应用常见设备故障的排查。Due to the characteristic of water and electricity integration, the failure rate of the hemodialysis machine is very high, especially the failure of the waterway. However, the analysis and summary of those failures is diffcult to be described intuitively because it needs strong professional knowledge. The common causes and elimination methods of the dialysis fuid conductivity alarm were summarized by drawing fshbone diagram in this paper. The analysis of the failure causes started from the principle of dialysis machine. Then the fshbone diagram of the failure causes was drawn according to probability size of the failure. Finally, the fshbone diagram of maintenance strategy was drawn according to the corresponding maintenance methods. Using fshbone diagram for describing the failure causes and the maintenance methods is more clear and logical than text description. Fishbone diagram method can use widely for summarizing equipment failures and maintenance methods.
