摘　　要：目的建立检验危急值智能化解决方案。方法利用创智实验室信息管理系统(LIMS V5.0)检验危急值管理模块(Critical-Value Management System,CMS)进行科学化、智能化管理,利用系统使用前后各2个月的相关数据进行分析。结果危急值的通报率和通报及时率有明显的提高,一致性更高达100%。结论 CMS为检验科的危急值管理提供了一个智能化的解决方案。Objective To set up an intelligent solution for Critical-Value of the clinical laboratory. Methods This paper used the critical-value management system（CMS） of Chuangzhi laboratory information management system（LIMS V5.0） to realize scientific and intelligent management, and analyzed the related system data at two-month interval. Results The reported rate and in-time reported rate increased obviously, and concordance rate was even up to 100%. Conclusion CMS provides an intelligent management solution for the critical-value of the clinical laboratory.
