摘  要:为解决目前纸塑复合袋制筒机生产的产品种类尺寸单一的问题,对制筒机传动系统进行研究设计。通过对纸塑复合袋制筒的工艺过程分析,设计了高速纸塑复合袋制筒机的纯机械传动系统原理模型及该系统相关调整方案。通过计算分析,确定了该传动系统所有传动比和椭圆齿轮的尺寸并进行传动系统详细设计,利用solidworks软件对该传动系统进行运动仿真验证,证明了该传动系统中送纸棍、印版滚筒和刺孔滚筒的速度一致性,很好地保证了系统的协调性和稳定性。Because the single size product is only made by current paper-plastic composite bag tube making machine, this paper re-searches on and designs a transmission system of this machine. According to the process analysis of currently making paper-plastic composite bag tube, its mechanical transmission principle model and related adjustment programs is established and designed. Based on the calculation and analysis, all transmission ratio, the dimensions of elliptical gears and the detailed design scheme of the drive system are determined. Its motion is simulated, using solidworks software. It is proved that the speed of the feed roller, plate cylinder and punch cylinder in the transmission system are synchronous, thus ensuring its good coordination and stability. It is of a certain guiding significance and use value for the study of packaging equipment.
