摘　　要：针对早高峰期居民会由城市周边涌向城市中心,晚高峰时期相反,具体路段两侧出现交通量严重不均衡的现象,研究了可变车道设计的条件和方法,并以哈尔滨市哈平路及和平路为例,通过实地调研和理论分析,得出了两条路可变车道设置的具体方案,以达到缓解交通拥堵的目的。In the early peak period residents will be from the city around the city center, late peak period, specific road sections on both sides of the traffic will be a serious imbalance phenomenon. It studies variable lane designing conditions and methods. Taking Haping Road and Heping Road in Harbin as an example, through the field investigation and theoretical analysis, the concrete scheme of the two lane variable lane setting is obtained, with a view to release traffic jam.
