摘　　要：针对某铜加工厂废乳液及脱脂废水的特点,采用电絮凝+电催化+生化工艺对其进行处理,处理水质达到《污染物综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,取得了良好的效果。In viewof the characteristics of waste emulsion and degreasing wastewater in one copper processing plant, this paper presents the process of electric flocculation ＋ electro-catalysis ＋ biological treatment. The qualitreaches the primary standard （Standard for Wastewater Discharge （GB8978 -1996）） and acquires better effect.
