供给侧结构性改革下我国产业政策的适应性调整分析——基于企业自生能力的视角

摘　　要：作为着重于供给能力提高和供给结构改善的供给指向型经济政策,产业政策将在供给侧结构性改革中发挥重要的作用。供给侧结构性改革下,产业政策重点应转向对企业自生能力、产业竞争力的培育,产业政策类型及实施机制等也应相应转变,重点实施的产业政策应致力于为加快技术创新、培育供给侧结构性改革中创新的主力军、改革不同产业发展政策、为企业发展提供一个"有为、有限的政府"。Industry policy focuses on the increase in supply ability and the improvement of supply structure and it will play an important role in the structural reform. In the structural reform of the supply side, industry policy should focuse on the cultivation of business viability and industry competition.The types of the industry policy should be transformed？accordingly.The industry policy should turn to creating a good innovative environment for business, cultivating main force of innovation, creating an effective？development environment of industry and offering a promising government for business.
