关于东北地区优势产业协同发展的思考

摘　　要：优势产业实现协同发展关系到产业层次的提升和产业结构的优化,继而关系到整个地区经济的增长与发展。东北地区的优势产业在协同发展过程中出现了产业结构过度趋同、产业条块分割严重、产业技术创新能力不足等问题。究其原因主要是市场调节机制效果不佳、产业分工不明确和激励约束不到位等。这些问题的解决将依赖于各个主体——政府、市场和企业之间明确的分工和有效的配合,最终推动东北地区的优势产业实现协同发展。Competitive industries to achieve coordinated development is related to the level of industry promotion and optimization of industrial structure, which in turn is related to the regional economic growth and development. There was some problems in the development of Northeast of Chinese coordinated competitive industry, for instance, excessive industrial structure convergence, industry market fragmentation, industrial technology innovation ability is insufficient and so on. The reason of problems above is that it is imperfect for the mechanism of market regulation, benefitsharing, Division of cooperation and ineentivesplusrestraints. However, in order to enrich and perfect these mechanisms, government,market and enterprise must make a clear division of labor and effective cooperation,which could promote the coordinated development of advantage industry in northeast China.
