摘　　要：当今社会问题繁杂多样,但从根本探究,其分析角度之一离不开对社会中权利主体的权利诉求表达不畅、社会权利主体的权利矛盾等方面的探讨。本文从当代西方社会权利结构变化的状况角度,为普遍性的权利争议问题提供一个分析的视角和依据,从宏观层面把握社会争议变化背后的权利结构轨迹。Today＇s social problems are complicated and diverse, but from the angle of the analysis of fundamental research, it cannot do without the poor of intersubjective rights and social rights conflicts and other aspects on the expression of rights rights in the society. This article from the contemporary western social right structure changes in perspective, provides a basis for the analysis of perspective and controversial issues of universal rights, right behind the grasp structure trajectory from the macro level o~ the change of social disputes.
