摘　　要：分析了水冷壁灰污对运行的危害,介绍了马钢新区电厂12~#锅炉水冷壁蒸汽吹灰中存在的问题,提出了吹灰过程中利用蒸汽吹灰器进行低汽温的防控。The harm of dust and dirt on water cooled wall to operation is analyzed.The problems existing in steam dust blowing of water cooled wall of the No.2 boiler at MaSteel New Area are introduced.It is put forward to use steam dust remover to prevent low steam temperature during dust blowing.
