摘　　要：针对新型装甲机械化部队维修保障能力评价中不确定性问题分析研究,从装备维修保障任务的角度出发,系统梳理了维修保障能力的影响因素,依据指标体系建立原则,将质量功能展开与古林法相结合,构建了新型装甲机械化部队维修保障能力评价、价指标体系。该指标体系客观、易操作,为新型装甲机械化部队维修保障系统建设和维修保障能力评价提供了理论参考。Through analyzing the uncertainty problems about maintenance support capability evaluation for new armored and mechanized army, this paper systematically analyzes the influence factors of maintenance support capability from the perspective of equipment maintenance task. According to the principles, the index system is constructed combining QFD with KLEE. The index system is objective and easy to operate, which can provide a theoretical reference for maintenance support system construction and maintenance support capability evaluation of new armored and mechanized army.
