摘　　要：2014年,非强制性监理改革试点首先在深圳市开始实施,意味着我国监理制度的改革拉正式拉开序幕。伴随着非强制监理制度的实施,如何保证建筑工程的质量作为建筑业内关注的焦点。本文首先介绍了我国工程监理制度存在的问题,同时说明监理制度改革的必要性,最后对如何保证工程质量进行分析。希望本文的分析能够对监理行业的改革有所帮助。In 2014, the non-compulsory supervision and reform pilot was first implemented in Shenzhen, which means that the reform of our supervision system has been officially kicked off. With the implementation of non-compulsory supervision system, how to ensure the quality of construction projects as the focus of attention in the construction industry. This paper first introduces the existing problems of engineering supervision system in China, and explains the necessity of supervision system reform. Finally, it analyzes how to ensure the quality of engineering. It is hoped that the analysis of this paper will be helpful to the reform of the supervision industry.
