摘　　要：博弈论在社会学、经济学、心理学等领域已经得到了广泛的应用,成为社会行为分析的共同范式。组织管理活动的各个环节都蕴涵着博弈的基本要素和思想,将博弈论引入到组织管理领域,可以为组织管理的研究提供新的理论工具和分析视角,提高管理工作的针对性和有效性。Game theory has been widely applied to sociology, economics, psychology, and so on. It has become the common paradigm of social behavior analysis. Every link of organization activities contains the basic elements and ideas of the game. Game theory is introduced to organization management, and can provide a new theoretical tool and perspective for the research on organization management,to realize the mathematics and model of organization management research, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the management work.
