摘　　要：科技信息传播是科技成果转移扩散和推进社会经济发展的关键要素,本文在系统分析国内外科技信息传播现状的基础上,归纳出影响传播质量的主要问题,提出了提升科技信息传播质量的对策建议,对科技管理工作具有参考一定价值。The spread of scientific and technological information is the key factor for both the transfer and diffusion of scientific and technological achievements and the promotion of social and economic development. Based on a systematical analysis in the current situation of scientific and technological information dissemination both at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the main problems that affect the quality of communication, proposing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of scientific and technological information dissemination, which is valuable to refer in terms of the management of science and technology.
