摘  要:随着学校规模的不断扩大,学生和各类标志、设备、设施大量增加。常常因现存故障报修流程复杂、管理(或维修责任)单位归属不同等多种原因给教师或学生在故障报修时带来诸多不便。为解决这个问题本文提出设计一款基于B/S访问模式的"便捷故障报修系统",其不但能指导教师或学生快速解决简易故障,还能提供统一的故障报修功能。实践显示采用"便捷故障报修系统"后学校各类简单故障报修大量减少,维修人员工作量显著降低、故障维修响应时间和故障维修时间明显减少,能大大提高故障报修效率因而系统具有很好的应用和推广价值。With the continuous expansion of the size of the school, students and various types of signs, equipment, facilities increased significantly. Often the complex existing fault repair process, different attribution of management (or maintenance responsibility) units and other reasons caused a lot of inconvenience to the repair of the fault of teachers or students. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a design of a convenient fault repair system based on B/S access mode. It can not only guide teachers or students to quickly solve the simple fault, but also provide a unified fault repair function. Practice shows that after the use of "convenient fault repair system", a variety of simple fault repair is reduced. The workload of maintenance personnel is significantly reduced, and the response time of fault maintenance and the time of maintenance are obviously reduced. The system can greatly improve the efficiency of fault repair, so the system has good application and popularization value
