摘　　要：本文对昆明医科大学148位2016届本科学生的校外兼职情况进行调查,了解他们的兼职动机、兼职类型、劳动权益受侵害情况以及相应的维权方式,并提出改进建议以待学生校外兼职权益得到更好的保障。This paper made an investigation of 148 undergraduate students ＇ off -campus part - time job ＇s right and interests, who graduated in 2016 from Kunming Medical University. The chosen students＇ motives of part-time job, type of part-time job, infringement of labour right and interest and corresponding ways of right-protection shall be studied here, and then some suggestions for improvement are put forward to provide better protection for students＇ off-campus part-time job＇s right and interest.
