摘　　要：2016年,受到大学毕业生数量增长远高于城镇就业岗位数量增长的影响,大学生就业能力在其就业时所起到的作用越来越重要,本文分析研究大学生就业能力的不足与成因,通过加强大学生自身专业能力的学习,提升就业指导老师的教学水平,深化高等院校的教学改革等对策帮助大学生提高就业能力。In 2016, affected by the number of college graduates which is far higher than that of jobs in urban, the employment ability of college students play a more important role in the employment. This paper analyzes problems and causes of college students＇ employment ability, and helps students to improve employability by strengthening their professional ability learning, enhancing the teaching level career guidance teacher, deepening the teaching reform of colleges and universities, etc.
