摘　　要：目前的高校管理体制是我国在社会主义初级阶段,特殊时期、特殊背景下形成的具有行政意义的管理模式。在教育事业高速发展的今天,简单的行政管理模式培养出来的学生已经远不能满足社会市场经济发展的需要。因此,必须瞄准当前"一带一路"战略需求,区域市场经济发展需求,改变现有的教学管理模式,培养既有学历又有能力,"一专多能","专"、"通"结合的复合型人才,全面推动高等教育又好又快发展。The current management system of colleges and universities is the administrative mode formed in special period and special background in the primary stage of socialism in China. In the rapid development of education today, the students cultivated under the simple administrative management mode have been far from being able to meet the needs of the development of social market economy.Therefore, we must aim at the current ＂Belt and Road＂ strategic needs and regional market economic development needs, to change the existing teaching management mode, and to cultivate multi-skilled talents, so as to comprehensively promote the sound and rapid development of higher education.
