摘 要:传统弃井作业中段铣和扩眼作业需要2趟单独的起下钻,时间长,成本高。为此,研发了段铣和扩眼联作系统。该系统可1次起、下完成段铣和扩眼作业。介绍了段铣和扩眼联作系统的结构和作业步骤,与传统技术相比,该系统显著缩短了施工时间,节约了成本,降低了HSE风险;段铣和扩眼联作系统与基于时间的三维钻井动态模拟系统的集成确保了作业的高质量,提高了作业可靠性和成功率。建议进一步开展段铣和扩眼联作技术的研究,为弃井作业奠定坚实的技术基础。The milling and underreaming operations ol the traditional well abandonment require two t r ips, fea-turing long time and high cost. To address the issue, an integrated milling and underreaming system has been devel-oped ,which could complete milling and underreaming in a single trip. The structure and operation procedures of the system have been introduced. Compared with the traditional technology, the system could significantly reduce the operation time, save cost and reduce HSE risk. The system, integrated with the time-based 3D drilling dynamic simulation system, ensures high operational quality and improves operation reliability and success rate. It is pro-posed to carry out research on the integrated milling and underreaming technology to lay a solid technical foundation for well abandonment.
