摘  要:为解决安装有常规气举阀的连续气举管柱无法实施套管加压的问题,研发了一种液压启动气举工作筒。该工作筒利用1趟管柱实现了套管加压负压射孔、封隔器验封和气举完井等作业;在工作筒上设计了通过压力控制注气通道开关的装置,可对气举工作筒注气通道进行主动控制,进而实现了气举管柱套管憋压作业。该工具已经在现场试验了2口井,平均单井节约施工周期2 d,降低了作业风险,避免了洗压井作业对地层的污染。试验结果表明:安装该种工作筒的射孔-完井一体化管柱能够有效节省工序,缩短作业时间。To address the issue of continuous gas lift string with conventional gas lift valve being unable to build casing pressure,a hydraulic control mandrel has been developed. The mandrel could achieve negative pressure perforation with increased casing pressure,packer testing and gas lift completion in single run. The mandrel was designed with the pressure controlled gas injection switch device,which could be used for active control of gas injection channel of gas lift mandrel,and then achieve casing pressure building and holding by gas lift string. The tool has been tested in two wells with the average operation time per well of 2 days,thus reducing the operational risk and formation damage caused by well cleaning operation. The test results show that the integrated perforationcompletion string with this mandrel can effectively reduce operation procedures and shorten operation time.
