摘 要:利用数值模拟计算技术对水平锌带地床交流缓解效果的影响因素及其影响规律进行了研究。结果表明:水平锌带地床的交流缓解效果随着地床与管道间距的增大而逐渐降低,但存在一个最大的地床安装间距;随着地床埋深的增加,地床覆盖范围内管道交流干扰电压升高,地床覆盖范围外管道的交流干扰电压降低,且地床的整体有效影响范围增加;在一定范围内,地床的缓解效率随地床长度的增加而增大,但超过一定长度后,其缓解效率增加缓慢;地床铺设时应尽可能将其中心接近管道最大交流干扰电压处;随着地床与管道连接间距的增大,管道的交流干扰电压逐渐增大,经济有效的连接间距为500m,连接位置最好选择交流干扰最大的地方。The influence factors and corresponding influence rules of AC mitigation effectiveness for zinc ribbon ground bed were studied by numerical simulation technology. Results show that AC mitigation effectiveness of horizontal zinc ribbon decreased with the increase in the distance between ground bed and pipeline, but there existed a maximum distance. With the increase in the buried depth of ground bed, the AC voltage of pipeline in the coverage of zinc ribbon ground bed increased, while the AC voltage of pipeline out of the coverage of zinc ribbon ground bed decreased, and the effective influence range of zinc ribbon ground bed increased. Within a certain length of zinc ribbon, the mitigation efficiency increased with the increase of zinc ribbon length. But there was no distinct increase for the mitigation efficiency when the zinc ribbon length exceeded a certain value. The center of horizontal zinc ribbon should be laid in the location close to the pipeline with maximum AC voltage. With the increase in interval distance of connection between ground bed and pipeline, the AC voltage of pipeline increased gradually. The economical and efficient connection distance was about 500 m, and the best connecting location was on the pipeline with maximum AC voltage.
