摘　　要：目的:了解慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者中医证候虚实分类与外周血淋巴细胞亚群之间的关系。方法:将CHB患者进行证候虚证、实证及虚实夹杂证分类,并检测其外周血T、B细胞及自然杀伤(NK)细胞亚群,并对其3个证型组的指标进行分析。结果:CHB虚证、实证及虚实夹杂3个组的CD4^+T细胞百分比均较对照组低;CD8^+T细胞百分比由高至低依次为实证组、虚实夹杂证组、对照组、虚证组,实证组CD4^+/CD8^+比值显著低于虚证组或对照组,3个组的B细胞百分比均高于对照组,NK细胞百分比低于对照组。结论:CHB存在着免疫调节紊乱,证候虚实分类与外周血淋巴细胞亚群之间存在一定的相关性,中医虚实证辨证结合免疫功能检测具有一定的临床意义。Objective： Understand the patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） nakedness of TCM syndrome classification and the relationship between peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets. Methods： The patients with CHB were divided into asthenia syndrome （AS） group and sthenia syndrome （SS） group, deficiency and excess syndrome （DES） group, and detect the peripheral blood T and B cells and natural killer （NK） cells, the three card type group index were analyzed. Results In chronic hepatitis B, AS and SS, DES with three groups CD4 ＋ T cell percentages are lower than normal control group, CD8 ＋ T cell percentage were SS group 〉 the DES group 〉 control group 〉 the AS group, the ratio of CD4 ＋ / CD8 ＋ SS group were significantly lower than the AS group or control group, the three group B lymphocyte percentage is higher than the control group, the percentage of NK cells is lower than the control group. Chronic hepatitis B have immune dysfunction, CHB of TCM classification have relationship with T and B cell subsets and NK cells, virtual empirical differentiation of TCM combined with immune function test has a certain clinical significance.
