摘　　要：管灸是具有悠久历史和鲜明中医特色的灸法,由古代的苇管灸发展而来,在临床中可用于治疗多种疾病,尤其在面瘫、耳疾的治疗中取得了良好的临床疗效,近年来已经逐渐引起人们的重视。《灵枢·官能》曰:"针所不为,灸之所宜。"灸法有着同针药一样的临床价值。在面临"重针轻灸"的严峻形势下,管灸以其独特的管灸器设计、简单的制作、简便的操作、无创无痛、患者乐于接受等特点,易于临床使用及推广。故就有关文献中对管灸器的改良及管灸在临床中的应用和研究进展进行综述,为扩展其临床运用提供更为充分的依据,同时为丰富发展灸法理论、为管灸疗法的推广及进一步研究提供参考。Tube moxibustion is an unique moxibustion method with long history and distinctive characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine,developed by ancient reed tube moxibustion. It can be used in the treatment of many diseases in clinic, especially in the treatment of facial palsy and otopathy,achieved good clinical effect. Moxibustion is the same as the needle and medicine clinical value. In the face of the serious situation of weight needle light moxibustion, The characteristics of the Tube moxibustion with its unique moxibustion tool design, simple production, easy operation, non- trauma, painless, willing to accept, easy to clinical application and promotion. The article summarized about the literatures on Tube moxibustion tool improvement and Tube moxibustion in clinical application and research progress,to provide more sufficient basis to expand its clinical application, at the same time as the rich development moxibustion theory, for its therapy and to provide the reference for further research.
