摘 要:为了预防汽车前盖装配中的手工提举作业导致的潜在职业病,基于DELMIA软件提出了一种针对前盖装配作业工效的综合评价改进方法,运用软件中的快速上肢评价法(RULA)和提举方程分析法(NIOSH)对前盖装配作业中的人机工效问题进行定量综合评价,根据评价结果进一步判断是否需要对工艺或工装进行改进。通过综合评价改进方法的流程进行仿真、分析和改进,针对前盖装配作业中出现的人机工效问题,结合人机工程学理论提出了改进方案,对改进方案进行了建模和仿真,改进前、后的仿真结果以及作业时间对比可以看出,改进效果明显,人员行走路径无变化,作业疲劳得到了降低,提升了作业效率。In order to prevent potential occupational disease in automobile front cover assembly location caused by manual handling, a comprehensive evaluation and improvement method of ergonomics was proposed aiming at front cover assembly work ergonomics based on DELMIA. The ergonomics problems in automobile front cover assembly were evaluated quantitatively and comprehensively by using the methods of rapid upper limb assessment (RULA) and lifting equation analysis (IOSH), and the process or tools were judged whether they should be improved according to the evaluation results. By simulation, analysis and improvement of front cover assembly work, the improvement plans which aimed at the ergonomics problems of front cover assembly work were proposed with ergonomics theory. It can be seen from the simulation results and work time of before and after improvement that the effect is obvious and work fatigue is reduced.
