摘 要:针对方波驱动的无刷直流电动机有输出转矩脉动较大的问题,根据无刷直流电动机非线性、多变量、强耦合的特点,建立了以id=0为控制策略的无刷直流电动机矢量控制系统;把传统PI控制与模糊控制相结合,对速度环设计了一种模糊PI控制器,利用模糊控制对PI控制器参数进行自整定;利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了无刷直流电动机矢量控制系统仿真模型,分别对传统PI控制器和模糊PI控制器作用下的矢量控制系统进行仿真研究;仿真结果表明模糊PI控制器性能的优越性,提高了控制系统的动态性能和静态精度;以SH79F1611为控制核心,搭建了无刷直流电动机矢量控制系统的硬件实验平台,实验结果验证了控制方案的可行性。For the large torque ripple of brushless DC motor driven by square--wave, the control system based on brushless DC motor is a nonlinear, multi variable, strong coupling. Vector control system of Brushless DC motor based on ia-0 control strategy is built. Be com- posed of traditional PI control and fuzzy control, a fuzzy PI controller for the speed control loop is designed. The control method makes use of the fuzzy control to adjust the parameters of PI controller, Using Matlab/Simulink to build a brushless DC motor vector control system simulation model, traditional PI controller and fuzzy PI controller under the action of the control system are both simulated and analyzed. The Simulink simulation results show the superiority of the fuzzy PI controller. The dynamic performance and the static accuracy of the control system is improved. The experiment platform using SH79F1611 is used to validate the feasibility of the control system.
