摘 要:在传统的靶场试验鉴定中,对高速掠海飞行器武器系统战术应用软件的考核,一般采用静态接口检查结合飞行试验的方法,无法反映其综合作战能力;文章研究的目的是设计出一种基于作战效能和作战适用性的新的定量评价方法;在分析战术应用软件执行导攻任务流程的基础上,采用了作战试验鉴定的指标体系,研究了作战效能、作战适用性定量指标评定方法和任务满意度定性指标评估方法;在分析影响战术应用软件作战效能和作战适用性各种因素的基础上,设计了定量评定模型;以某次作战任务为例,分别计算了战术应用软件的作战效能和作战适用性定量指标;结果表明,该模型结构简单,使用方便,为军方对战术应用软件开展贴近实战的作战试验鉴定提供了手段和途径。In the traditional range test and evaluation, the tactical application software is assessed by static interface check and dynamic flight test. Its comprehensive battle capability can't be reflected. The purpose of this paper is worked out a new method, which is based on operational effectiveness and applicability. This paper determined the tactical application software's battle experiment identification indicator system and brought out the quantitative index of combat effectiveness, operational applicability and the qualitative index of the operation ac cording to mission profile. The quantitative index and qualitative index of tactical application software have been calculated in a certain combat mission, for example. And a method of the tactical application software's battle experiraent identification close to actual war has been given. The results shows that the model's structure is simple and easy to be used.
