摘 要:为解决井下高压水射流冲孔污水产量、水资源浪费、工作面环境差、影响矿井产量等问题,研究一套处理效率高、效果良好、操作简单、运输方便的循环水处理装置。采用实验室模拟冲孔现场的方法,确定了水处理装置的初型以及改进方案。采用粗滤与复杂高级过滤相结合的形式,确定整个装置的过滤形式与顺序。整个装置在钱家营矿5煤层进行了现场试验,结果表明:采取水循环处理措施后,每年将带来巨大经济效益。In order to solve the questions of Large capacity of sewage, waste water, the poor working environment and affect the output of the mine in the test of high pressure hydraulic punching. Study a set of high treatment efficiency, good effect, simple operation, convenient transportation of circulating water treatment plant. By simulation the scene of punching in the laboratory,determines that the water treatment plant/s model at the beginning and the plant's improved scheme. By adopting the forms which combination of coarse filter and complex upper filters , to determine how to order the entire unit .The whole device has a test in the qianjiaying 5 coal seam mining , the results show that after taking the water cycle processing measures, huge resource will be solved.
