摘  要:为研究基于介质阻挡结构产生的大气压辉光放电(atmospheric pressure glow discharge,APGD)正柱区的消散特性与放电时域非线性行为的具体对应关系,借助大气压氦气介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharges,DBD)的一维流体模型,仿真研究了不同外施电压频率下APGD中时域非线性行为的演变过程,并进一步统计、分析了不同状态的放电下,正柱区从产生至消散的时间t_p与外施电压周期T_v的比值t_p/T_v。结果表明,当t_p/T_v处于区间(N,N+0.5)时(N为自然数),放电的倍周期数n1满足n1=2N+1;而当t_p/T_v处于(N+0.5,N+1)时,n1=N+1。此外,随着频率的提升,比值t_p/T_v在相应的范围内不断增长,从而影响了各类放电非线性现象的出现顺序。该研究首次确定了正柱区消散速率与APGD动力学状态的定量关系,并且给出了随频率提升不同动力学状态出现顺序的初步解释,有助于更深入地理解APGD中各种非线性动力学行为产生和演化机制。The atmospheric pressure glow discharge (APGD) generated by dielectric barrier structure has numerous nonlinear dynamic phenomena. In order to deterrnine the detailed relationship between the dissipation characteristics of positive column and temporal nonlinear behaviors in APGD, we investigated the evolution trajectories of temporal nonlinear phenomena in APGDs via a one-dimensional fluid model of atmospheric helium dielectric barrier discharge (DBD). Furthermore, we elaborately analyzed the ratio of tp (the time interval between the generation and evanishment of positive column) and Tv (the period of applied voltage), as well as their relationship with the discharge modes. The results suggest that, if the value of tp/Tv is in the interval of (N, N+0.5), the period multiplication number of the discharge n satisfies the equation nl=2N+1. When tp/Tv is in the interval of (N+0.5, N+1), there exists m=N+1. Moreover, with the increase of driving frequency, the value tp/Tv also rises in certain ranges, thus the order by which the nonlinear phenomena appear is affected. This study determines the quantitative relationship between the dissipation rate of positive column and the dynamic state of APGDs, and proposes a preliminary explanation on the occurring sequence of these dynamic states. The results help to promote a better understanding on the mechanisms of nonlinear phenomena in APGDs.
