摘  要:绝缘材料表面电荷衰减特性在一定程度上反映了介质材料表面电学性能的好坏,其变化会影响材料的极化、抗静电性能以及闪络性能。如何对绝缘子表面电荷分布进行准确的测量具有重要意义。基于自主搭建的表面电位测试系统,在针–板电极下,研究了不同测量条件(电压幅值、充电时间、有无栅极网、相对湿度)对环氧树脂材料表面电位测量的影响,并提出最佳测量条件。优化介质阻挡放电等离子体(DBD)放电参数,并处理环氧树脂表面,利用搭建的表面电位测试系统研究了等离子体处理对环氧树脂表面电位衰减速率的影响规律。结果表明介质表面最大电位幅值随施压幅值的增加而增加,但增加一定程度后达到饱和状态;施压时间对表面电位影响不大;湿度的增大会加快表面电位的衰减;栅极的存在会对表面电位有"钳制"作用。经DBD处理后环氧树脂表面电位衰减明显加快,且衰减速率随处理时间的增加呈先增加后减小的变化趋势,最佳处理时间为180 s。该研究为表面电荷测量提供了有利的参考,并提供了一种有效加速表面电荷衰减的改性方式。The electrical performances of dielectric materials are determined by their charge decay property, which will significantly affect their polarity, anti-static property, and flashover voltage. It is of great significance to measure the surface charge distribution accurately. On the basis of self-built surface potential measurement sYstem, we studied the effects of voltage amplitude, charging time, the presence or absence of grid mesh and humidity on the epoxy resin surface potential distribution. The optimal measurement condition was obtained. In addition, the discharge parameters of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma were optimized for epoxy resin modification. The surface potential decay property of epoxy resin with different plasma treatment time was studied. The results showed that the highest voltage potential increased with applied voltage, but saturated afterwards. The duration of applied voltage slightly affected the surface potential, while it increased with increased humidity. The grid mesh suppressed the surface potential decay rate. Further results showed that after DBD plasma treatment, the surface potential decay rate of epoxy resin increased. The optimal surface potential value was obtained after 180 s treatment. The results provide a solid reference for surface potential measurement and an effective modification method for accelerating surface potential decay.
