摘　　要：为保证数据管理组织结构和传递的一致性,基于鹰图智慧工厂全生命周期企业级解决方案SPE(SmartPlant Enterprise)的使用,对智能工厂数字化交付过程中实施的主要方法及主要流程进行了阐述,提出了如何将满足国外业主数字化交付要求的初步实施阶段,转变为工程公司在新形势下的发展方向,在新技术环境下提高工程公司的业务能力和经济效益。Based on the whole life cycle resolution of plant with application of SmartPlant Enterprise（SPE）, to guarantee consistency of data management organization structure and delivery, main method and process in digital hand-over implementation process for SmartPlant are expounded. How to transfer primarily implementation stage with meeting foreign owner＇s requirements of digital hand-over to development direction for engineering companies under new situation, and to improve engineering business ability and economic benefit under new technological environment is proposed.
