摘 要:分析了催化燃烧、红外线吸收、电化学、半导体及光致电离等几种常用的气体检测器检测原理;详细论述了烃类可燃气体、氢气应选用催化燃烧型检测器,硫化氢气体应选用电化学型检测器;重点论述了针对苯气体检测的光致电离型检测器,给出了各种检测器的测量范围、报警值以及其他相关技术参数要求。介绍了检测器的现场设置,包括释放源的确定及检测器的安装位置等事项;探讨了控制室监控系统的配置方案。The detection principle of several kinds of commonly used gas detector, including catalytic combustion, infrared absorption, electrochemistry, semiconductor and photo- ionization, is discussed. The selection of catalytic combustion type detector and electrochemical detector for hydrocarbon combustible gas and hydrogen gas and hydrogen sulfide individually are expounded in detail. Photo-ionization detector chosen for benzene gas are stressed. Measuring range, alarm value and other relative technical parameter requirements are of all kinds of detector are provided. Local setting for detector is introduced, including confirmation of the releasing source, and installation location of the detector, etc. Several configuration schemes for monitoring system in control room is discussed.
