摘  要:目的探讨克氏针张力带钢丝治疗撕脱性骨折型锤状指的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年7月—2015年7月收治的撕脱性骨折型锤状指32例的临床资料,均予克氏针张力带钢丝治疗,观察手术效果及并发症的发生情况。结果本组伤口均一期愈合。随访3~12个月,平均7.5个月,末节指骨基底部撕脱性骨折均对位良好,达骨性愈合,无手指畸形、术后感染等并发症。手部功能恢复优良率达91%。结论克氏针张力带钢丝治疗撕脱性骨折型锤状指效果良好,可有效恢复患指肌肉-肌腱-骨骼系统的完整性及远端指间关节的屈伸功能,且手术简单、费用低,临床可大力推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect of Kirschner wire fixation with tension band wiring in treatment of mallet finger with avulsion fracture. Methods Clinical data of 32 patients with mallet finger of avulsion fracture during under- went modified Kirschner wire fixation with tension band wiring July 2010 and July 2015 was retrospectively analyzed. Surgical effects and postoperative complications were observed. Results All wounds were primary healing. With follow-up for 3-12 months, (7.5 months of average time) , avulsion fractures of distal phalanx base were good contraposition and synostosis. No finger deformity or postoperative infection was found. The fineness rate of hand function reached to 91%. Conclusion Kir- sehner wire fixation with tension band wiring in treatment of mallet finger with avulsion fracture can achieve satisfactory effect, effectively recover the integrity of muscle-tendon-bone system and extension and inflexion function of distal interphalangeal joint with simple operation and less spending.
