清肺消炎丸对慢性肺源性心脏病肺功能及中医症状的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清肺消炎丸对慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)肺功能及中医症状的影响。方法选取2013年10月—2015年1月来我院就诊的慢性肺心病120例,且经中医辨证为痰热壅肺证,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用清肺消炎丸,治疗14 d后比较两组肺功能、呼吸困难评分(m MRC)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分、中医症状评分及总有效率。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后m MRC、CAT评分均降低,咳嗽、咳痰、喘息均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后咳嗽、喘息及m MRC、CAT评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.67%、75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺消炎丸可有效缓解慢性肺心病(痰热壅肺证)患者的喘憋、咳嗽症状,改善肺功能,安全性好。Objective To observe effects of Qingfei Xiaoyan Pill on lung function and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptoms of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic cardiopul- monary disease admitted during October 2013 and January 2015, who had syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung, were di- vided into treatment group and control group （n = 60 for in each group） according to random digits table method. All patients received conventional treatment, and treatment group was added Qingfei Xiaoyan Pill. After treatment for 14 d, the lung func- tion, dyspnea （mMRC） score, chronic obstructive lung disease assessment test （CAT） , TCM symptoms score and total effec- tive rate were compared between two groups. Results Compared with those before treatment, mMRC and CAT scores were significantly decreased, and cough, expectoration and panting were all significantly improved in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, there were significant differences in cough, panting, mMRC and CAT between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rates were 86.67% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Qingfei Xiaoyan Pill can effectively relieve symptoms of wheezing and cough and lung function with safe in treatment of chronic cardiopulmonary disease patients with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.
