摘　　要：国家对输水管产品实施生产许可证管理,新的输水管产品生产许可证实施细则已于2016年10月30日正式实施。本文对输水管产品生产许可证新细则与原细则的主要内容变化情况进行了分析,从申请、实地核查和产品检测等方面,对企业如何做好取证、换证、增项等事项提出了建议。The state implements the production license management of water pipe products, the new water pipe production license implementation has been formally implemented in October 30, 2016. The change of the main content between the new rules and the original rules are analyzed from the aspects of application, on-site inspection and product testing. The suggestions on how to do forensics, replacement, additional items are put forward.
