摘 要:为改进可溶性SiO_2法测定掺加粉煤灰的硬化砂浆中水泥含量,成型了不同粉煤灰掺量的砂浆试样。基于温度对硬化砂浆结构和溶解度的影响以及粒径对测定结果干扰程度的分析,优化了测定掺加粉煤灰的硬化砂浆中水泥含量的可溶性SiO_2法,采用该测定方法后,硬化粉煤灰砂浆中水泥含量的相对误差绝对值可控制在5%以内,并且该方法能为掺加粉煤灰的硬化混凝土中水泥含量的测定提供参考。In order to improve the soluble silica method that measuring the real value of cement content in hardened fly ash mortars, different samples with varied content of fly ash were prepared. Based on the effect of temperature on structure and solubility of hardened mortars, tile analysis about interference degree of hardened mortars' particle size to measuring result, the method was optimized. By using this optimized method, the absolute value about relative deviation of cement content of hardened fly ash mortars was set within 5%. And this optimized method can give some help to the measuring of cement content in hardened fly ash concretes.
