摘 要:本文建立了在铋膜修饰电极上采用方波吸附溶出伏安法同时测定纺织品中痕量Co^(2+)和Ni^(2+)的方法。以NH_3-NH_4Cl作为缓冲液,在丁二酮肟浓度为10μmol/L的体系中,Co^(2+)和Ni^(2+)的还原峰电位分别为-1.13V和-1.03V。当缓冲溶液pH为9.2,富集电位为-0.7V,富集时间为200s时,Co^(2+)和Ni^(2+)在0.5~50μg/L范围呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2>0.99,其检出限分别为0.79μg/L和0.96μg/L,其它金属离子的干扰较小。采用标准加入法测定纺织品中Co^(2+)和Ni^(2+),回收率在94.88%~104.14%之间。In this study,square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry was used to determine cobalt and nickel in textiles simultaneously by bismuth film electrode. In the presence of 10 μmol/L diacetyldioxime, the reduction peak potentials of cobalt and nickel were --1.13 V and --1.03 V, respectively. The determination parameters were optimized as 0. 1 mol/L NH3-NH4 Cl(pH= 9.2) buffer solution, deposition potential of --0. 7 V and preconcentration time of 200 s. The reduction peak currents changed linearly with the concentration of Coe^2+ and Ni^2+ over the range from 0.5 μg/L to 50 μg/L(R^2〉0.99). The detection limits of Ci^2+ and Ni^2+ were 0.79 μg/L and 0.96 μg/L,respectively. The technique was performed in the determination of nickel and cobalt in textiles by standard addition method.
