银屑病伴左外耳道病损治愈1例

摘　　要：1病例报告患者,男,34岁,因左耳听力下降伴耳闷8年于2016年4月28日入院。有银屑病病史10余年,素口服山海棠片、白芍总苷胶囊、甘草酸苷胶囊及外用氯化锌软膏控制病情。入院体检：体温36.4℃,颈部、躯干及四肢皮肤可见散在大小不等红色斑丘疹,边界清楚,全身表浅淋巴结无肿大及压痛（图1）。A case of a psoriasis patient with the lesions in the left external auditory canal is reported. A 34- year-old male patient has the symptoms of left hearing loss and aural fullness for 8 years. Physical examination： left external auditory canal was full of granulation tissue. Ear HRCT：the left external auditory canal filled with tissue, no damage of the external auditory canal bone. Pure tone audiometry：mild conductive hearing loss in the left ear. Clinical diagnosis：psoriasis lesions in left external auditory canal,psoriasis vulgaris.
