摘　　要：在管线普查数据应用需求分析的基础上,介绍了构建地下综合管网信息系统的相关技术、系统功能设计体系及实现过程,目的是为中小城市的地下综合管网信息系统的建设提供经验。Based on the application requirement analysis for pipeline census data, the related technologies, the function design and implemetation process for the construction of underground integrated pipe network information system are introduced. The aim is to provide some experiences for the construction of underground pipe network information system in small and medium-sized cities.
