天宏选煤厂防堵仓改造实践

摘　　要：介绍了几种常见的堵仓现象,分析了堵仓的主要影响因素,结合天宏选煤厂的实际生产情况,对天宏选煤厂煤源煤质、仓体结构以及防堵辅助生产措施等进行了分析,设计了改造方案。生产实践表明,改造基本解决了堵仓问题,并为今后的设计提供了有益借鉴。Following a description of several common silo blockage patterns, an analysis is made of the main factors leading to the block-up of silos. In the light of the specific operating conditions of the plant, the silo remoulding scheme and auxiliary blocking control measures are adopted based on the result of a- nalysis of properties of raw coal from different sources and silo structure. Pratice shows that the remoul- ding measures adopted can basically tackle the silo blocking trouble and may serve as a useful reference for the similar design work in the future.
