摘　　要：介绍了赵楼选煤厂的浮选系统,分析了入浮煤泥的性质,比较了KHD型充气式浮选机和XJM-S型机械搅拌式浮选机的设备性能和应用情况,阐述了两者串联的浮选工艺流程。生产工艺指标表明:串联浮选工艺应用效果良好,使浮选精煤得到了有效的分选回收。Following an introduction to the flotation system in current use at Zhaolou Coal Washery, the paper makes an analysis of the property of the feed coal and a comparison of the performance of the KHD pneumatic flotation machine and the XJM -S subaeration version. Then, the paper goes to elaborate on the flotation process with the abovementioned 2 types of machines working in series. As indicated by actu- al operating performance, the flotation process works remarkably well, making it possible for the washery to effectively increase the recovery of combustible matters and yield of concentrate.
