摘  要:通过田间正常水分和干旱胁迫2种水分处理,对25份不同亲缘玉米自交系进行田间抗旱性鉴定。结果表明,在玉米的5个亲缘类型中,株高抗旱指数方面,瑞德类型的5个自交系平均值最低,为8.04,黄改类型的5个自交系平均值最高,为17.94;产量抗旱指数方面,兰卡斯特类型的5个自交系平均值最高,为1.15,旅大红骨类型的5个自交系平均值最低,为0.755。在25个自交系中,综合株高和产量抗旱指数的评估结果得出,PH6JM,PHB1M和P319抗旱性较强,可作为优良的抗旱种质资源进行利用。Through the normal water and drought stress field 2 kinds of water treatment, drought resistance identification of 25 inbred lines of maize inbred lines was carried out. The results show that in the maize five genetic types, the average value of drought resistance index of rhett type plant height is the lowest, which is 8.04, the average value of drought resistance index of yellow change type plant height is the highest, which is 17.94. The average value of drought resistance index of lancaster type yield is the highest, which is 1.15, the average value of drought resistance index of brigade red bone type yield is the lowest, which is 0.755. In the 25 inbred lines, synthetic plant height and yield drought resistance index assessment, drought resistance of PH6JM, PHB1M and P319 are better, which can be used as excellent drought resistance germplasm resources for use.
