龙王帽自交后代主要经济性状遗传规律研究

摘　　要：通过对龙王帽自交后代初果期3 a的主要经济性状调查,分析其遗传特性。结果表明,龙王帽后代苦仁比例约占86.7%,甜仁后代占13.3%。甜仁后代平均核质量、仁质量均小于母本,但出仁率均高于母本;当种核超过1.3 g时,种核越大,出仁率越低,种核大小与出仁率呈显著负相关,当核质量越接近母本时,出仁率也越接近母本。To analyse the genetic characteristic, this paper investigated the main economic characters of self-crossed progeny of Longwangmao sugary ahnond which was in the early fruiting 3 years. The results showed that the radio of bitter almond was 86.7%, and the radio of sugary almond was 13.3% in self-crossed progeny of Longwangmao sugary almond. In sugary almond progeny, the average quality of apricot stone and apricot kernel were less than female parent, but kernel rate was higher than female parent. When quality of apricot stone was over 1.3 g, the greater quality of apricot kernel, the lower the kernel rate, it was significant negative correlation between quality of apricot stone and kernel rate. When the quality of apricot stone got closer to female parent, the kernel rate got closer to female parent.
