摘  要:为了探究小麦耐热性不同鉴定方法鉴定结果的一致性和不同鉴定方法的优缺点,2015—2016年度用日光温室增温耐热性鉴定、隔期播种耐热性鉴定及细胞膜热稳定性鉴定3种方法对34份小麦品种试验材料进行鉴定比较。结果表明,从总体鉴定结果来看,这3种鉴定方法的鉴定结果间有较好的一致性,用任一方法鉴定结果都可对品种耐热性有一个准确的了解,但如果要详细了解一个品种的耐热性情况,最好采用多年多点多鉴定方法进行耐热性鉴定。To explore the consistency of the identification results of wheat different heat resistance and the the advantages and disadvantages of different between different identification methods, 34 wheat varieties were used as experimental material for comparing these three methods of heat resistant identification by sowing at different times, thermal environment in greenhouse and cell membrane thermostability in 2016. The results showed that from the overall the three identification methods of appraisal results had good consistency between each other, and any appraisal result could be a knowledge to the heat resistant of varieties. If more about a variety for heat resistance want to be learned, it is better to identificating a variety for heat resistant by more years, more site and more methods.
