摘　　要：概述了头孢洛宁的理化性质、作用机理、抗菌活性、药效学、药动学、残留及其检测方法、毒性和不良反应,以期为该兽药在临床应用提供参考。Cephalonium was a cephalosporin, which was used to prevent and treat cow mastiffs caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Streptoeocus, Eseheriehia eoli and other pathogens during the non-lactating period in clinic. Cephalonium had the advantages of broad antibacterial spectrum, strong bactericidal activity, low toxicity, high safety and lasting effect. In the paper, Physico-chemical properties, action mechanism, antibacterial activity, pharmaeokineties, pharmaeodynamies, residues and detection methods, toxicity and adverse reaction were summarized in order to provide reference for reasonable application of cephalonium in clinic.
