兽用生物制品评审工作面临的主要问题及对策

摘　　要：兽用生物制品评审工作对确保我国新上市兽用生物制品安全、有效,满足动物疫病防治需要,保障畜牧业健康发展和农民利益,保证畜产品安全、公共卫生和环境安全,促进兽药行业科技创新、转型升级等诸多方面均有重要作用。随着我国动物养殖水平、疫病防控技术、新制品研制能力的不断提高,对兽药评审工作提出了进一步要求。就目前我国新兽用生物制品评审工作中面临的主要问题进行了总结并提出了相应的措施建议,以期为我国兽用生物制品评审制度改革工作提供参考。Evaluation work of the new veterinary biological products is important in many areas： ensuring the authorized products safe and efficacy; meeting the market demand; protecting the animal farming and farmer＇ s benefits; guarding the safety of animal products, public health, and environment; promoting the renovation of industry, etc. There are further requirements of improving veterinary biological products evaluation work, concomitant with the rapid progress of technology in animal husbandry, disease control, and product development. In this article, the encountered main problems and countermeasures of veterinary biological products evaluation work were summarized.
