摘  要:对氮气置换装置空间所需氮气量提出的两种数学模型,通过对两种数学模型分析比较,对置换过程中需要氮气量以及所需置换时间做一较深入的探讨,经过数学分析,在工程允许范围内近似可求得在氮气置换装置可燃气体时所需氮气量,为现场操作氮气置换装置可燃气体所需氮气量提供一种理论依据。同时,对现场所需氮气,在经济合理条件下,给出了建议。Two mathematical models were proposed for the amount of nitrogen required in the space of the nitrogen replacement devices. Through discussions of the comparison between two mathematical models, a more in- depth discussion on replacement of the process required the amount of nitrogen and the replacement time was studied. Within the allowable range of the project, it was possible to obtain the amount of nitrogen required for the flammable gas in the devices, provided a theoretical basis for the amount of nitrogen required in nitrogen gas replacement apparatus for on-site operation. At the same time, on the scene required nitrogen, under reasonable economic conditions, the recommendations were given.
