摘  要:呋喃为最简单的含氧五元杂环化合物,具芳环性质,可发生卤化、硝化、磺化等亲电取代反应,主要用于有机合成或用作溶剂,常作为合成其他复杂有机物的起始原料。以1,4-丁烯二醇为原料,在氯化亚铜和TEMPO的催化下,在溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中加热通氧反应得到呋喃,含量和收率均较高。本研究中催化剂及溶剂可循环利用,实现连续加料反应,中途无需停止反应。Furan is the simplest oxygen- containing five- membered heterocyclic compound, with aromatic ring properties, it can be used in occur halogenation, nitrification, sulfonation and other electrophilic substitution reaction, it is mainly used for organic synthesis or as a solvent, often as starting material for synthesis of other complex organic compounds. In the presence of cupric chloride and TEMPO, using 1,4- butenediol as starting material, heating and oxygen reaction occurs in N,N-dimethylformamide, the content and yield were higher. The catalyst and solvent can be recycled to achieve continuous feeding reaction, and was no need to stop the reaction in the middle.
